What We Collect

• Email address — via Google OAuth, used only for account identification.
• Subscription status — plan tier and expiry, stored in our database.
• Extension token — an opaque random token linking your browser extension to your account.

What We Do NOT Collect

• Facebook data you extract — it stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.
• Your Facebook credentials or session cookies.
• Browsing history or activity on Facebook.

How the Extension Works

The FB Extractor Pro Chrome extension runs entirely in your browser. It uses your active Facebook session to call Facebook's own internal GraphQL API. Extracted data (groups, members) is stored locally in your browser and exported directly to your device. No extracted data is transmitted to our servers. The detailed mode additionally exports profile fields: gender, city, work, education, and any contact details the person has published on their own profile. These stay on your device as well.

Third-Party Services

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Telegram, NOWPayments and Payoneer — payment processing, depending on the method you choose. We do not store your card, wallet or bank details.
• OVH — website hosting.
• Cloudflare — CDN, DDoS protection and cookieless traffic analytics (no cookies, no personal data).
• Ahrefs — cookieless traffic analytics, also used to verify ownership of this site (no cookies, no personal data).

Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.
