Is FB Extractor Pro free?+

Does my data get uploaded anywhere?+
No. Extraction runs entirely inside your browser. Nothing is sent to our servers — you decide when and where to export the results.
Can my account get restricted?+
FB Extractor works inside your own logged-in session and only reads groups and members you can already see. It paginates gradually rather than flooding Facebook with requests, and you can raise the interval further. As with any automated tool, keep volumes reasonable and stay within Facebook's rules.
What's the difference between CSV and XLSX?+
CSV is a universal plain-text format that opens in any spreadsheet or database tool. XLSX is the native Excel format with richer formatting. You can choose either after extraction.

Which Facebook pages does it work on?+
Two of them. On your groups feed the extension collects the list of groups your account belongs to. Inside a group, the Members tab gives you that group's member list. A download button appears on both automatically; everywhere else on Facebook the extension stays out of the way.
Can I export members of a group I'm not in?+
No. The extension works through your own logged-in session and can only read what Facebook already shows you. If a group's member list is closed to you in the browser, it is closed to the extension too — that is a limit of the design, not a setting you can switch off.
What ends up in the exported file?+
A groups export has the group name, its ID and a link. A members export has the name, profile link, join status and join date. Switch on Detailed information and it also fills in gender, city, workplace and education where the member has made them public. There is no contact column: emails, phone numbers and messenger handles are deliberately never collected.
Do I need an API key, a developer account or my Facebook password?+
None of the three. The extension reuses the Facebook session already open in your browser, so there is nothing to register and nothing to type in. Your password never passes through the extension, and no Facebook credentials are stored anywhere.
Does it work in Edge, Brave or Opera?+
Yes. Any Chromium-based browser that installs extensions from the Chrome Web Store will run it — Edge, Brave, Opera and Vivaldi included — and it works on both facebook.com and web.facebook.com. Firefox and Safari are not supported.
