Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: August 2026 · This page is available in English only.
1. Try the full product before you pay
FB Extractor Pro has a permanently free tier that is not a time-limited trial. It includes every feature of the paid plan — group extraction, member extraction, detailed member information, and both CSV and XLSX export. The only difference is volume: the free tier extracts up to 50 groups and 200 members per run, while Pro removes those limits.
This means you can confirm the extension works for your Facebook account, your groups, and your workflow before spending anything. We ask you to do exactly that, because it is the reason we do not operate a separate refund window.
2. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time, with no notice period and no cancellation fee, from your dashboard via "Manage Subscription". Cancellation stops future renewals — it does not end your current period. You keep full Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that.
3. Refunds
Because the free tier lets you evaluate the complete product beforehand, we do not offer a routine refund window on payments that have already been taken. Subscription charges are generally final, and cancelling stops the next renewal rather than refunding the current one.
This is a statement of our own practice, not a limitation of your legal rights, and it is not the last word on the matter — see the next section.
4. How refunds are actually decided
Payments for FB Extractor Pro are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase, issues your invoice, and handles billing and applicable sales tax or VAT.
Refund requests are therefore assessed by Paddle under the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms, and Paddle may grant a refund at its discretion — including in cases where our own policy above would not. Where mandatory consumer protection law gives you a right of withdrawal or a refund, that law applies regardless of anything stated on this page.
In short: we do not promise refunds, but we do not pretend that they never happen. If you were charged in error, charged twice, or the extension does not work as described, contact us first — see below — and we will help sort it out rather than send you to your bank.
5. Failed or duplicate charges
If you were billed twice for the same period, or charged after cancelling, that is a mistake on our side and we will arrange a refund for the incorrect charge. Email us with the invoice number from your Paddle receipt.
6. Contact
Questions about billing, cancellation, or a specific charge? Email support@fbextractor.com. Please include the invoice number from your receipt so we can find the payment quickly.
