1. Acceptance of Terms

FB Extractor Pro is operated by Anton Prokopets, an individual based in Ukraine ("we", "us"). By installing the FB Extractor Pro Chrome extension or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the extension or this site.

2. The Service

FB Extractor Pro is a browser extension that helps you export Facebook groups and group members you can already access to a CSV or XLSX file, using your own active Facebook session. An optional "Detailed information" mode additionally reads profile fields — work, education, city, and any contact details the person has published on their own profile — and writes them into the same file. It is provided as-is, with a free tier and a paid Pro tier (see Section 4).

The extension runs entirely in your browser. Exported files are written to your own device and are never uploaded to, stored on, or processed by our servers. We do not sell, rent, host, or supply marketing lists, lead lists, or contact databases of any kind, and the extension has no messaging, emailing, or marketing-automation capability.

3. Accounts

Managing a subscription requires signing in with a Google account via this website. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and extension token secure, and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Pro is sold as a prepaid period — one month or one year. Payment is a one-off charge that grants access for that period and then expires. Nothing renews automatically, we store no payment method on file, and you are never charged again unless you choose to pay for another period. Paying while your current period is still running extends it from its existing end date rather than replacing it, so paying early costs you nothing.

The free tier is not a time-limited trial: it includes every feature of Pro and differs only in volume, so you can evaluate the complete product before paying. For that reason we do not operate a routine refund window. Full details, including your statutory rights, are in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You may only export data you can already legitimately access on Facebook while logged in, and you are responsible for using the extension in line with Facebook's own rules and all applicable laws, including data protection law such as the GDPR where it applies to you. See our Disclaimer for details.

You must not use this service, or any file exported with it, to:

• send unsolicited marketing, cold outreach, bulk messages, or spam by any channel, including email, SMS, and Facebook messages;
• build, sell, rent, publish, or otherwise make available marketing lists, lead lists, or contact databases to third parties;
• enrich, append to, or cross-reference a third party's marketing data;
• harass, stalk, profile, or discriminate against any person; or
• carry out unlawful data scraping or any purpose that violates the rights of others.

These restrictions apply regardless of your subscription tier. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach, under Section 9.

6. Intellectual Property

The extension, this website, and their content (excluding data you extract) are the property of Anton Prokopets and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the extension or website without permission.

7. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will continue to work if Facebook changes its platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anton Prokopets is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including account restrictions on Facebook — arising from your use of the extension or this website.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the extension and canceling any active subscription.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the law of your own country of residence.
